out my XP-8 Londoner Seven kit after 20 years in storage. My
youngest daughter has a need to play! I'll tear apart the hardware
and put together a small 4 piece for her! Setting the kit back up really brought back the memories! I played during high school and college with a rock/blues band out of Phoenix in the southwestern United States in the late 70 / early 80s. Then... I got married, a day job, 3 kids. Cleaned it up and stored it in the late 80s... Vitals: Got it March 1980, #43-1310 Rogers Londoner 7 with MemriLoc HW, a 14x24 bass and 16x18 floor tom, #192 Tobacco Sunburst finish on XP-8 maple shells. A.Zildjian ride and splash, Paiste hi-hats, crashes, and dark china. |
