オーナー様のコメント : Late 50's Rogers
Holiday snare in Purple Diamond Pearl
This photo is of a pair of Cleveland
Rogers snares.
Both are original green sparkle.
One is a Powertone and the other is a Luxor.
Very rare, special order Cleveland
Rogers in a 4x14 size!
Only one I have ever seen.
Here is another photo of the
WMP Cleveland 4x14 snare.
6.5x14 Dayton Powertone with
COB shell
It is almost like new and is a great drum to play.
Black onyx Cleveland Powertone
I also have a blue onyx and a red onyx Powertone.
Two 1964 Transitional Powertones
They have the early beavertail lugs and 3 plys shells (like the
B&B lug Holidays).
One is blue onyx and the other is silver sparkle.
Mardi gras kit in 20,12,16 with
a silver sparkle Powertone
It is an unusual kit in that it has beavertail lugs.
Most mardi gras kits have the earlier B&B lugs.
Rogers Dayton era Powertone (one
of the two Dayton era drums I own)
It is in blue strata. Another hard to find color.
This is an interesting trio of
drums.
A Cleveland green sparkle Powertone,
an early beavertail 3 ply blue onyx
Powertone with clockface strainer, and an early 4 digit beavertail
WMP
dynasonic also with a clockface strainer.
Rogers Skinny snare drum
Rogers Satellite snare drum.
This is a Cleveland 6.5x14 Tower
(8 lugs) in mahogany finish (maple shell).
A great playing drum!
This is a Cleveland 6.5x14 Luxor
(6 lugs) also in a mahogany finish with maple shell.
This is an interesting drum because the shell is stamped "NYC
Bd of Ed 1964".
That is New York Board of Education which means it was used in
the school system.
What really makes it unique is that the drum is nearly perfect
in unused condition!
It must have been in storage all these years!
This is a WMP dynasonic from
around 1964.
It has the earlier snare gates on the bottom hoop and clockface
strainer.
Here is another picture of the
WMP Dynasonic.
